Notice Protocol: All appointments require a minimum 2-hour notice, and ideally 24 hours, to ensure proper preparation and scheduling. Last-minute miracles are rare—but not impossible.

Refund Policy: We honor your time and ours. No refunds will be issued unless cancellation occurs before our arrival. Once we’ve crossed the threshold, the service is considered rendered—even if the mop hasn’t hit the floor yet.

Privacy & Permission: We do not take photos of your space without your explicit permission. Your home is sacred, and we treat it as such. We will enter private areas such as bedrooms, offices, or garages upon request. If documentation is needed for before-and-after purposes, we’ll ask first—always.
